The large, south-facing balcony with sun lounger and balcony furniture offers plenty of space to enjoy the sun with a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or a cold beer. In the fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with a small dining table, you can cook to your heart's content. A coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher are at your disposal. The open design up to the roof gable gives the apartment a pleasant sense of space and brightness.



The north-facing bedrooms offer, in the left room, a large futon bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, a shelf, and an optional TV connection. The right bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 2 m), bedside tables, a wardrobe, and also a TV connection. The cosy daylight bathroom offers a toilet, washbasin, and bathtub.
