Escape to a historic 1870 4-bedroom house in the heart of Berkeley Springs. This delightful property boasts 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 trundle twin bed, perfect for wedding parties, reunions, families, or groups of friends. Two full baths include restored 1920s clawfoot tubs; 1/2 bath on the main floor. Enjoy the private backyard with a gazebo, deck and English gardens. Each room of the house is filled with unique art from around the world. The formal dining room seats eight and includes a hutch full of lovely china. The adorable kitchen is fully equipped. The Butler's Pantry includes mixers and bar amenities. Two adult bicycles are available to you. All that the Town of Bath has to offer is just steps away. We've lovingly restored this beautiful home, added central air and ceiling fans to supplement the radiant heat throughout. Parking was easy and the house is extremely accessible to the heart of town and everything you want to see and do. Beyond that, the house was knock-out gorgeous and fascinating with all sorts of interesting details. The owners clearly love the property and poured that love into the care they demonstrated in selecting the decorative accents and performing renovations. We had a group of 6 adults and we were all very comfortable in the house -- everyone enjoyed their stay.

We had such an amazing stay at this Berkeley Springs getaway. From the moment we arrived it was clear how much care and thought the host puts into making his guests feel welcome. Ross was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure everything about our stay was perfect. The house itself is absolutely lovely - beautifully designed with a layout that feels both cozy and fun. Every detail from the decor to the overall vibe made it such a relaxing place to unwind. And the beds? Honestly, some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in that we even came home seriously considering mattress shopping! Even though we didn’t end up having a bonfire, it was such a nice touch that the wood was provided. We did spend plenty of time outside around the fire pit, soaking up the gorgeous spring weather and having a little picnic with drinks. It was probably one of our favorite parts of the trip. The location of this house couldn’t be more perfect! Everything in Berkeley Springs is just a short walk away, which made exploring the town so easy and enjoyable. This was a great girls weekend getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, charming getaway.

What a great place for our girls weekend! Starting with the ease of parking right in front of the house, and continuing with a responsive and friendly host, great backyard and very comfortable home!!! Ross gave us some great recommendations for restaurants, etc. which lead to an amazing brunch at Ravenwood among other adventures. Perfect location in town - easy to walk everywhere! Comfy and cozy - and we can't wait to go back!

Absolute best hosts I’ve experienced with VRBO. The house is beautifully decorated and has plenty of everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and they supply plenty of towels! The beds are super comfy!! We really enjoyed the back yard area, which has a very nice firepit. The house is so convenient because once there, we didn’t move our vehicles again. Easy walk to everything we wanted in town. Highly recommend visiting!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed home. You can tell the hosts care greatly about this house and the area. The house was immaculately clean, the linens were soft and fresh, and the furnishings were classy and well done. The hosts were attentive and communicative. If we come back to Berkeley Springs, we would be happy to stay here again!

Absolutely gorgeous. Easy access to the town, location perfect. Felt safe and was very clean and comfortable. Not an issue for adults, but many breakables in the house so if maybe not the best for children. The clawfoot tubs are high and could be a challenge for older people. The hosts are amazing and very communicative. Overall, a great place and would definitely recommend.

Ross and Alison have curated a wonderful place to stay in Berkeley Springs. It is refined, warm and comfortable. The house is beautifully restored, with wonderful artwork, a kitchen with all the gear and dinnerware you could want, copper bar tools for mixing your favorite drinks (mules recommended in the copper cups), multiple places to relax, both indoor and out, and plush beds to sink into at night.The location in the center of town makes everything an easy walk, with good food and drinks within a few hundred feet, and all the shopping and spas less than a 10 min walk away. The only time we got in our car was to get to the Cacapon river for some Kayaking.Ross deftly plays the part of a concierge, providing all the information you need, as well as recommendations for things to do in the area. He is proactive, responsive and friendly.We highly recommend a stay.

My three sisters and I stayed at the Congress House for our youngest sister’s 60th birthday. Our host Ross was great. Professional, friendly, and kept in touch when needed. This home exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, cozy, and on point. It was obvious every aspect of this restoration and every room in this home was handled with such care and consideration from the furnishings to decorating; and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy of both the back deck and landscaped yard. We used the fire pit both nights. It was also such an easy walk to everything in town. It was simply a wonderful stay.

This property is a 10 Star I have been going to Berkley Springs for 20 years and it is the Best accommodation I have stayed in The house has been meticulously restored with beautiful furnishings and art work It is within walking distance of all Spas and restaurants .The host couldn’t be more accommodating We will be back!
