The COCO is a contemporary lakeside house on Tuggerah Lake Central Coast NSW, providing luxury boutique accommodation situated just 90 km from Sydney. Property is very close to shelly Beach, Terrigal, The Entrance, Avoca Beach and many tourist attractions in Central Coast. Property has direct access to Tuggerah Lake. Accommodation features include Queen-size beds, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, kitchen, multiple living areas and outdoor settings with uninterrupted water views from every corner of the house. Restaurants, shops and cafes are located within few meters from this property. SECURITY BOND: We will require a cash bond to be paid to the host’s account which will be held as a security bond and the guests will be charged for any damage to the property, equipment, breakages or if extra cleaning is required or if the 'Terms and Conditions' are not adhered to. This payment will be refunded within 14 days of departure, once we receive your departure inspection report and no charges are required. (Please contact the host for account details to pay the required bond as per this policy. The COCO is designed to a very high standard, property is finished and furnished with costly materials and products. You become responsible for any and all damage and loss to the property and its contents from the date and time you check-in to the date and time you check-out. Any damaged items in the property will be charged the full advertised replacement cost and product brand. The Property is a residential premise and is strictly for Residential use. The number of occupants allowed is as per approved on your booking email and as advertised. Use of the property for functions, parties or any such events or other than as a residential premise will result in the termination of the reservation for the property, removal of the Guest (s) and other occupants from the property and other costs or expenses (including an unauthorised function/extra cleaning fee).
