The community features two large outdoor pools, a recreation room, a fishing pier extending into the bay, stocked fishing ponds, complimentary paddle boats, a basketball half court, playgrounds, and picnic areas—providing plenty of options for family fun. Just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park and the Ocean City beach and boardwalk, this home is ideally situated for a relaxing coastal escape. Occupancy is limited to five guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.
