We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – just a short walk from Alexanderplatz, which makes it easy to reach many of Berlin’s main tourist attractions on foot. There is also a direct train connection to the airport, which was convenient. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist when needed. Our room was clean, modern, and a comfortable size. There were, however, a few minor inconveniences. The in-room phone wasn’t working during our stay, and the door lock was a bit stiff and tricky to manage. The hotel also didn’t provide bottled water in the room – I’m not sure if this is standard practice in Berlin or just specific to the hotel, but it would have been a nice touch. Overall, though, these were relatively small issues compared to the positives, and we enjoyed our time here.

We recently stayed 3 nights with my grand-children. The hotel offers excellent buffet breakfast!! is clean and centrally located. The front-desk staff were very nice and when I called to say the safe=box was not working, 10 minutes later someone showed up to fix it. Great service.

Best hotel stay I’ve had.

Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable with a lovely hot shower. Breakfast had a good choice on offer which changed a little each day. The hotel is situated right next to the tram and bus stop so it’s really easy to travel around. If you get a Welcome Berlin Pass online, it’s super easy. Berlin is a fantastic city to visit.

Very close to shops / bars / restaurants. Breakfast was great with lots of choice . Walking distance to train station and places of interest . The floor we were on was being renovated so was a little less appealing . Our room was on the front - so was noisy as trams/ cars were passing
