The light-flooded room is divided into a cooking and dining area in front of the balcony as well as a sitting and sleeping area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The dining area with a table and four modern swivel chairs is seamlessly connected to the kitchen. On the other side of the studio is the sleeping area with a 180 cm wide double bed and a double sofa bed, which can also be used as a place to sit and relax during the day. The bathroom has a window. It is spacious and has a shower, a washbasin with a mirror that can be illuminated and a WC. Underfloor heating allows the flat to be used all year round.
