Rude reception staff. Unwelcoming.Talil & Youssef on night shift are great. One babe in daytime who claims to speak 11 languages is condescending in attitude.When we asked for toilet paper she screamed & said she was going to call the police. She resents intelligent, articulate people. We own 12 successful businesses in Canada & would fire someone of that demeanour. Who on earth hired her in the first place? Room seldom cleaned. The cleaning lady was miserable & nasty. We asked for clean towels.She grunted & walked away.She must lead a very unhappy life. AVOID THIS GIN JOINT at all costs. Valeria is a total loser.Yaks on her cell & has no people skills. I am awaiting to LAUGH at so-called manager's DEFENSIVE reply. Some pre-scripted nonsense like: "we are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your stay, & appreciate your feedback in order to improve our service." OR, " WE didn't like you." Our family has served the public well for 45 years.Our staff knows our motto well,"SMILE,be professional & keep the customer satisfied." Your pathetic staff needs to.do the same. Ordnung, das ist verboten und WE HAVE RULES in Deutschland is hardly a crowd pleaser. READ the reviews and DO NOT STAY HERE. WE LOVE Expedia holiday packages & avail ourselves of their packages 8 times throughout the year. This is the only time that.we have given a negative review. Every business MUST realize that: "Your reputation is only as good as the employees whom you hire." Time to house clean at Yoggotel.

The private room had a common locked door with another private room. That was a terrible experience, as it was easy to hear the other people talking in the neighbor room. On top of that, for a one-night stay, the cleaning person entered the room in the morning not once, but twice, before noon (check-out time). Who needs cleaning for a one-night stay? The staff at check-in was terrible - a man bored of life. The morning staff - a lady - was friendlier and more joly.

We had to move to another hotel because of the shower- water was going out every where… And in the second hotel Garner there was no wi fi in the room for a week! I wrote them that i expect a compensation- no one respond yet. I hope you can help me with that- i book from Hotels all the time!

The room itself was very run down and lacked cleanliness. For all the time we spent in the room it did not really concern us however it would have been a bigger issue if we were planning to spend more time there. Beds/pillows were comfy

This is a fairly new property. It spotless clean. The furnishings are very Scandinavian looking. Life most American hotels motels there was not a telephone in the room nor microwave nor a mini fridge very nice comfortable bed with great linens And a very heavy duvet. It does have an elevator. The bathroom has a very nice shower and hot water hot enough to par boil vegetables. They have a door hanger, which tells them do not make up the bed or clean the room Every day. Since I am a tree hugger, I left it up there for the seven nights of my trip. I don’t change my sheets and towels every day at home so I why have them do that. They do serve typical German breakfast, which I passed on. A few steps away out the front door is a very nice coffee shop or you can get a good freshly baked pastry and a latte for five Euros.

The property was lovely and very local to restaurants and shops. The room did get too warm so i would recommend to bring a small fan. Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

Property was very meh. No a/c which meant opening the windows at night. Bathroom was not very clean. Dirty grout and floors. The room was super tight and small. Looked better in photos that was was seen. Water had to be run for awhile to get rid of a sulfur smell.

Hotel that serves its purpose

Seemed very strict with the no check in until 3pm rule despite the room being available prior. Twin Room on the 7th floor had a strange layout and the escalator only went up to the 6th. The rest of the stay was quite ok. It was close to bus stops and fairly easy to get around
