This was a great location to watch the Berlin Marathon! It was a little far from the subway, but not too bad. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and atmosphere was happy.

Vegan-friendly hotel

My friends & I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were really nice & helpful. The breakfast had lots of vegan options which was fab. Very easily commutable around the city.

Rooms not clean!

I never leave negative reviews but felt I had to with this hotel. Appalling smell on entering our superior double room, but it was the blood and urine stained cream sofa that was the biggest shock. I asked Reception for another room and showed them a photo of the sofa asking why this room was even being used! The sofa needed destroying! We were given a standard double room in another wing that seemed to be more recently refurbished but still not the cleanest, hairs on the floor and bed divan etc. but arriving at 1am we were exhausted and accepted. Would not recommend!

The location of the hotel was good, transport options, cafes and more close by. Really easy to get around especially by bike. The communal areas were very pleasant and clean. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and a great shower. I couldn't hear a thing during the night and slept really well.

Great location clean rooms and friendly staff, nice breakfast overall I enjoyed staying in room 311. However, I faced two pain points which is the windows don’t isolate the outside noise properly and using the elevator to navigate my way to the reception wasn’t easy.

The hotel is lovely and the my room was large with a big bsthroom. Geat value for money. A short walk to a lot of places. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times. In psrticulsr Taufeeq and Vivian. Will definitely be back.
