In our lovingly newly furnished and fully equipped apartment you sleep comfortably in high-quality box spring beds. Centrally located, it offers the ideal starting point for your stay in Berlin. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us. In just a few stations you can reach the most famous sights such as B. the Messe Berlin, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie / Friedrichstraße, the Eastside Gallery, the KaDeWe, the KurfĂŒrstendamm ...

The 110 mÂČ apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and kitchen with an inviting dining area / living area and HD TV with international HD channels on a 50 "flat screen. WLAN / Wifi is available free of charge.

The building was completed in 2017 according to the latest standards. a. via an elevator and large balcony to the quiet courtyard. The apartment is on the 1st OG.

The bedrooms are equipped with high quality king size box spring double beds and wardrobes. On request, we can prepare the two sofa beds for 2 people each and provide travel cots (60x 120 cm) and highchairs. Please contact us before you travel.

In the new bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink, we provide our guests with towels, hair dryer, soap and shampoo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob & oven, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher and a variety of small items and extras ...

The apartment offers the ideal starting point for your stay in Berlin. In just a few stations you can reach the most famous sights such as B. the Charlottenburg Palace, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie / Friedrichstrasse, the Eastside Gallery, Berlin Zoo, KaDeWe, KurfĂŒrstendamm, Messe Berlin ....

Numerous shops, supermarkets (including organic), bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bar only 100 meters away.

A large Berlin wall city map is in the apartment for your orientation. We provide smaller folding maps with markings of tourist attractions, underground and S-Bahn network and sights for our guests to take with them.

For short-term stays of up to 21 days: the Berlin Senate has been collecting so-called City tax for private overnight stays i. H. V. 5% of the pure overnight price (without service fees) up to a stay of max. 21 days. This city tax must be paid separately in cash by the guest on arrival. Long-term rentals and verifiable business trips are excluded.


Check-in and check-out times are flexible on request and subject to availability. We guarantee the arrival time from 2 p.m. - if available, earlier. The apartment is available until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Schöne Ferien in Berlin

Schöne Wohnung im schönen Charlottenburg, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, ruhige Lage, Ă€usserst hilfreicher und angenehmer Vermieter, alles prima. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Einziger Wermutstropfen: fĂŒr 10 Personen ist sie doch etwas eng fĂŒr den stolzen Preis, die sie kostet. Aber man ist ja auch viel unterwegs. Verbesserungsvorschalag: etwas mehr Geschirr wĂ€re schön, sonst muss man die GeschirrspĂŒle nach jeder Mahlzeit anstellen. Alles in allem: empfehlenswert und gut

Excellent apartment!

I really loved staying in this apartment. It is well equipped, nice, clean and tidy. Also the location was excellent with the metro only 5 mins down the road and supermarkets available within a few mins walk. The only slight annoyance was operating the numbering system when entering the building. It could take a bit of time and when you're freezing outside, it's not so handy but overall great accommodation. I definitely recommend.

Perfect stay in Berlin with a large family!

Taking nine people - seven of whom are your grown kids - on a four day New Year vacation to Berlin takes some courage! There are so many things that can go wrong! The key to success is without doubt where you choose to stay. And we found the perfect place!! Spacious, clean, homely, convenient. Everyone had their own space to close the door and be quiet, and enough communal space to cook, eat and have fun together. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator (just a couple of steps at the entrance). It has a well equipped kitchen, nicely appointed bathrooms, and plenty of room for expansion with sofa beds and bedding if you need it (it really will fit twelve people if you need it, as long as a few folks can share a room). Nina and Soren, are delightful hosts. They respond almost immediately, and make sure everything you need is there. Super easy. The apartment is only several minutes walk from the Ubahn and benefits from being ten minutes from Tegel airport, which was great on arrival and departure. Just as an FYI we had an early flight in and found it very easy to store our bags at the airport and have the full day in Berlin, returning to pick up the bags late afternoon. Very little hassle. In short. Don't book a terrible corporate four start hotel in the center of Berlin when you can have the chance to chill in Charlottenburg and still be in town in fifteen minutes by Uber or the Ubahn. It really is convenient and super lovely. Believe everything you seen on the VRBO posting. It lives up to expectations. This from an experienced family that travels often. Thank you Nina and Soren. We will be back.

Great location. Comfortable apt. 4 bedroom 2 bath.

We had plenty of room with 4 bedrooms, king sized beds and 2 bathrooms. Very modern and comfortable. The kitchen was comfortable size. We stayed 3 nights and had our delicious Christmas Eve dinner and then Christmas breakfast breakfast in comfort. There were restaurants close by. We like eating out when we travel but also the option of eating in. We had fun opening our windows to the City. Our neighbors across the street had a few Christmas lights up, very cheery. We had so much fun at the Christmas Market about 5 minutes by car. There were some at the Palace about 2 or 3 blocks away but our Uber driver took us a little further where the City was having a Christmas Concert. That was fun for us. Best Christmas Markets ever. I have to say one more thing about the Apt. It was very quiet. We never heard any noises from the other owners but we know they were there. Just super quiet. And there's an elevator which made it easy to get to our floor. I had to call a few times, because we don't speak German and Anna was very patient and helpful. Thank you. Great price too.

Fabulous apartment, perfect for city break

This was a great apartment for a city break in Berlin for two families. Close to the U Bahn, and shops and restaurants. Extremely clean, with comfortable beds and great power showers!! Would highly recommend.
