First off we were really disappointed in the bed. We booked a "Queen" bed which turned out to be 2 twin beds pushed together with seperate single sheets. I asked reception for a mattess topper, they said they'd check with housekeeping. Me and my partner essentially ended up sleeping seperately for 3 nights which overshadowed the trip to be honest. Considering the cost of the 3 nights it wasn't good enough to be honest. Also the one time housekeeping attended the room they didn't change the bed sheets, only folded the same ones over. Other than that Breakfast was good, lobby area and reception was clean and well decorated and the location was really good for U bahn and KaDeWe. Lacked a bar though.

Location is great. Hotel is very noisy. U hear your neighbors snore or other activities they are doing at night. Cleaning lady above u seems like she is playing bowling.

Berlin Marathon - recommended Hotel :-)

All very good, clean and fast. Some light bulbs were broken but got replaced immediately. Area is fantastic - a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. I did run the Berlin Marathon on a Sunday and the hotel provided the option to take a shower in the afternoon in a separate room after check-out. Very good service!

The rooms are keeping program 26 Celsius , you can’t able to change it . so in summer are hot the rooms so you have to open your windows to cool down the room and hear all the noise from outside! Is this a Europe things about hotels?

Titanic Hotel is my second home, courteous staff, safe and clean, excellent food choices, everything works better than I had expected, the staff is always on to help and direct travelers to locations or help with choices. The front desk is fast at answering the phone if you need anything. I love TITANIC Hotel if they had a pool and a gym it would be my 7 star hotel.
