Speaking of fun, you will love having easy access to the shared pool, tennis courts, and playground to keep everyone busy each day. When everyone works up an appetite, the chef of the group will be more than willing to hop into the full kitchen, as high-end stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and all of the cookware needed for tasty recipes await in the full kitchen. Plus, everyone else can reminisce at the breakfast bar, the sectional sofa in the living room, or one of the two dining tables as dinner is finishing up. Entertainment won't be hard to come by with the large flatscreen TV in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, and free WiFi as well, so get ready to indulge in memorable movie nights!

Property has an outdoor gas grill, gazebo and outdoor seating, 2nd refrigerator /freezer in the garage.

Recreation passes for use of the pool and tennis courts are $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day, as of 2024, and may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. Recreation pass fees are subject to change at any time by the community.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
