With occupancy of 12, there's room for the entire family in this wonderful quintessential 5 BR Bethany Beach Vacation home, situated just one house back from the beach. Savor the sunrises with your morning coffee or enjoy happy hour cocktails after a day at the beach on the spacious rooftop deck. Enjoy a home-cooked meal on the screened porch with ocean view, or take a leisurely stroll into town to dine at one of Bethany's casual or fine dining restaurants. After dinner, cozy up around the fire pit on the lovely rear patio. This home offers so many options for vacation relaxation! Bedding ranges from a double bunk bed for the kids and queens and a king for the adults There is even a first floor bedroom and an elevator will take you to all interior floors. When you aren't soaking up the sun or riding the waves, take a walk or bike ride to the boardwalk and shops in town. (Owner supplies a few bikes , boogie boards, beach games etc. - condition not guaranteed!) BONUS: This luxury home provides bed linens and towels, and they are priced affordably at $371 per week, plus all beds are MADE for you upon arrival. (Sorry, No beach towels.) Stay for a mini-week in the "shoulder seasons". Guests pay a $250 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 days. No Pets or Smoking please. Paper and personal hygiene products are not included. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

Relaxing family getaway

We enjoyed our time in Bethany. The house was perfect for us - very organized and clean, easy to find things. You can tell the owners take pride in their home.

Great location

Great location, very close to the beach and a short walk to downtown. Bedrooms are well spaced out for privacy and plenty of bathrooms and showers. The house the was very clean and the bikes were a nice touch!

Great beach-house!

We (12 individuals, three generations of family) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well-furnished and equipped. The location was perfect: Several blocks from the center of town, but only a block from the beach. Though we wish there were more baths, we all agreed that we would try to rent the property again in 2024.

The house was wonderful. So close to the beach! We liked how it is a bit quieter in this area of Bethany, but the boardwalk is an easy walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great - kitchen supplies were high end, plenty of beach gear, and tons of board games. We would 100% rent this house again. The only negative was the basement bedroom. It was very humid and hotter than the rest of the house. We emptied the dehumidifier every 8 hours, which helped. It was ok for teens but it might be uncomfortable for older adults.

Weekend at Bethany

We enjoyed the location which was right across from the beach entrance as well as a walk down the street to shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit table at night and the screened in deck as well as the rooftop deck were perfect places to sit and see the ocean while listening to the waves. The only negative was the bedroom on the bottom floor had no door, just a curtain, no closet and the elevator was accessed through there. That affected the privacy of anyone who we planned to have use that room.

Cars drove slowly when they did pass. Everything was as you see in the photos. Screened in porch was perfect. Only negative was the bedroom downstairs didn’t have a door, only a curtain and was a little musty. But overall, wonderful stay!
