Oceanfront 5-Bedroom On Bethany Beach Boardwalk

This well-appointed oceanfront townhome sits in the perfect location right on the Bethany Beach boardwalk. It offers gorgeous views of the ocean, beach, and boardwalk, as well as easy walk-out access to the beach and the boardwalk. It has two outdoor decks, five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a large well-equipped kitchen, hot tub, and an outdoor shower. The home also has wireless Internet access, three flat-screen TVs, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The bedrooms are spacious and family-friendly; bedrooms 1 and 2 have king-size beds, bedroom 3 has a full-size bed, bedroom 4 has a loft with a spiral staircase, two twin beds, and a futon, and bedroom 5 has two twin beds. A private outdoor shower is perfect for a fun and easy beach vacation with kids. We also allow our rental guests to use our beach chairs and we have an umbrella rental for our guests for the season. Our home is steps away from the beach, restaurants, downtown shops, and everything you need on your beach vacation. Our family loves our beach home and hope that you and your family will love it as much as we do.

Family vacation

The property was very comfortable and clean and you can’t beat the location. The home was well stocked with kitchen items, toys, games, books, towels, cleaning supplies, beach chairs

Great house, great location

This house is comfortable and spacious, very well-stocked with more than just the essentials. The view from the deck is fabulous and proximity to the beach can’t be beat. It’s a townhouse, so just be prepared for lots of steps up to the bedrooms. And the loft in one of the bedrooms has a spiral staircase that some in our family found challenging.

A bit disappointing

Location was great but the amenities were not up to par. Kitchen was so full of repetitive equipment was hard to put our stuff away. Bicycles were there but “serviceable” was a joke. All were rusted, flat tires, and unridable. Washer and dryer not in good repair, smelled of mold, and difficult to use as a normal load of laundry could take 2 hours just to wash! Umbrellas on the deck both broken and unusable. Expecting renters that are leaving to wash, dry, and replace towels upon leaving is a burden on renters. $10K for a week was too much money to spend for this home. Carpeting was old and a bit dirty everyone of us had a flare up of allergies. Would be nice if supplies were labeled and extra supplies added for used of renters. The place is a bit rundown, the list of problems go on and on. I would suggest the owner hire a better cleaning service so that the renters get a clean place in tip top shape. Comfortable beds, location is great, but inside could use lots of work.

Overall we really enjoyed the location. Beach access and short walk on the boardwalk to the shops and restaurants. Very family friendly and safe. The parking situation was great also. Three spots included and a pass to park on the street.The house needs some attention to things that haven't been kept up with. The second floor bathroom ceiling drips and is leaking from the shower on the third floor. It's about to come down! The toilet is also leaking. The basement floor bedroom is very musty smelling. All of my belongings smell musty. The front load washer needs to be cleaned. It is black and moldy smelling. And the hose head in the outside shower is broken off.

great family trip

This property was perfectly located and appointed for a family trip - we have a wide age range of kids (17, 14, and 5) and there is something for everyone. The location on the boardwalk was perfect for when we needed a break from the beach, allowed for flexibility for people to eat what and when they wanted for lunch, and gave our teenagers the option to walk into town to play mini golf, get ice cream, etc.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Our 10 member family group (6 adults and 4 children) just spent a week at this lovely condo. It was perfect in every way!! The condo is beautiful, and suited our needs perfectly! Also, the location can't be beat, right on the boardwalk, near the beach and dowtown. The owners were great to work with, and very responsive to questions. Wonderful memories were made!!

Our Family stay at Bethany Beach

For more than a decade, we had owned a condo at Bethany Beach. The many stays we had there did not compare with the stay we experienced at this home. We arrived to find it neat and well kept. It was fully equipped and beautifully appointed. Close to the action, it was home base for both time at the beach and the sights and sounds of the town center.. It afforded us the opportunity to see a first sighting at the beach-a whale cruising by at less than a football field from, the water's edge. This was a great time.

Great house and perfect location

We loved the house and everything it offered. It's quite large and spacious and well equipped. Of course the location was fantastic, from watching the dolphins swimming during breakfast and for making the short walk to the beach. We had a fantastic stay and hope to return again.

Perfect place for extended family

The house is beautifully decorated as a beach house and the four levels helped minimize carryover sound. The location was perfect- walked on the boardwalk to the town center to listen to free concerts and eat at local restaurants. Every toy or beach item we needed was conveniently available in the house.

Great townhouse. Fabulous location on the beach and at the end of the boardwalk. Five minute walk to center of town. Great main level with big kitchen with table for 6-8 (even 10), big living room, and a great deck overlooking the beach where my 92-year old mother installed herself with great joy, and we had two crab feasts with additional guests. Excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. And, LOADED with beach toys and equipment - no need to bring anything. A pleasure dealing with the owners.

You just can't beat being steps from the ocean!

The house is quite lovely, well decorated and laid out. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans and there are loads of beach toys and chairs. We were a family with young children and grandparents so the multiple levels worked well as far as keeping noises to a minimum for people with diverging sleep schedules. Far and away the most awesome feature is the proximity to the ocean and the center of Bethany making all beach and town trips super easy. The owner also is very responsive when minor issues crop up.

The home was extremely comfortable and included everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation. The location was so convenient. We would definitely stay there again if we returned to Bethany Beach with our family.
