You will be close to restaurants, a supermarket, parks, Bethany Beach, and Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Other great attractions worth visiting include John West Park, Delaware Seashore State Park, and Fenwick Island State Park. In addition to a great location, you are granted access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court.

The extensive sofa offers a comfortable spot to spread out comfortably and stream fun movies and shows on the smart TV with cable and streaming. The nearby gas fireplace will keep you nice and warm if you are visiting during the colder months. Attached to the living room is a screened porch with beautiful views of the golf course, ceiling fans, a dining area, and plenty of other seating options. From here, you can access the golf course-front deck with another dining area. Back inside, you have the kitchen and dining area to the left of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals. Coffee enthusiasts will find a nice coffee corner with drip and Keurig coffee makers. Planning on extending your stay? The home enjoys a dedicated laundry room with a washer/dryer. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi, a charcoal grill, and central AC.

Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed.

Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
