Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and the resort oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. TWO reserved spaces, central air conditioning, washer and dryer too. Accessible without stairs. 2 flat-screen TVs, DVD, Wifi. Fireplace is not available for guest use.

First off , I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. The view can't be beat! The bathrooms were clean and the beds comfortable. As other reviews have said though , a bit of updating is needed. The kitchen needs attention as far as some more basic utensils for cooking - tongs , scissors - and pots and pans that appear very worn out and stained. Also we found food on plates and utensils already put away and in the bottom of the dishwasher. The air vent near the front of the master bedroom needs some cleaning and painting. All this being said , the rental is pleasant and well located and I would recommend it. Just needs a bit of TLC to make it even better.

Amazing location

View of Oceanside pool & beach from unit and nice balcony. It was so convenient to switch from pool, beach, and rest. A little dated, but has great beach home vibes - washer/dryer and dishwasher work great. Could use a mixing bowl and mixing spoons in the kitchen. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Spring Vacation

Sea Colony is perfect in spring. It seems like most of the units were not occupied and so the amenities (indoor pools, tennis courts, etc) were reliably available and pretty private. This unit in particular had everything we could need and a fantastic view. Would definitely book it again.

Dover House 904

Very good overall. Clean except for a little on inside of shower door in one bathroom. Also, ceiling exhaust fan in that bath very dirty. All else very clean. Checkin was wonderful and checkout process was so easy and convenient. The view from this unit is great.

Moms weekend away

We enjoyed the condo very much. The snow was beautiful . The view gorgeous, and the condo is nicely decorated. The heats works wonderfully. The walkway was iced over in many areas, having someone to check on safety is important.One bed in the oceanfront bedroom needs a new mattress, but the other was fine so I used that one. The kitchen and living area were perfect for our scrapbook marathon.

Can't beat the view from this property. Place "looked" clean to the eye but after walking around in the condo for the day the bottom of my feet were pretty dirty and I did not step bare foot out onto the balcony. So either the floors were not as clean as they appeared or perhaps it was the large rug in the living room that needs a deep cleaning or the throw rug in front of the balcony doors? A new couch with a darker color would be nice in order to not see the stains on the cushions. Also stated in previous reviews, the blinds in the bedrooms need replaced.

Great weekend getaway!

Our stay in Bethany was a great getaway. The location is perfect. It’s close to restaurants and bars and “downtown” is just a 20 minute stroll down the beach. Check in here was super easy and everyone was friendly. We did notice a small leak coming through our ceiling in the kitchen. We called immediately and within 15 minutes someone was there to take care of it. The maintenance guys were super friendly and took care of the issue so we could continue to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. The condo is a little outdated but it’s clean and comfy. The only negative would be the parking. The space was so small we couldn’t open our doors. We just parked in overflow parking and it wasn’t an issue.

Great location!

The view is spectacular! The unit fit our needs for the most part. The beds were decently comfortable and the living area was spacious enough. The kitchen did not have all the cooking utensils we were hoping for - couldn’t find a spatula - but we made due! The location is amazing - we loved the Sea Colony buildings and will definitely be back. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. The indoor pool was open and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Great for families!

Amazing Family Beach Getaway

Our trip was phenomenal. The check in process was seamless everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They gave us all the information needed and we went straight to our building. Unfortunately when we arrived to park in the assigned spot given there was another car in our space. I was concerned because my parents are elderly and my Dad is disabled so we didn’t want them walking too far . I was told to call the property manager number immediately to solve the situation and we did over 20 times and left messages but they didn’t respond the entire length of our stay. I think that is extremely poor customer service. But on a good note the condo was fabulous and the location was superb . The decor was beautiful and we loved everything. We did however pack our own bedding and towels as we read the reviews that the ones in the pictures aren’t provided and they aren’t. I would actually opt out of the linen service next time as the bedding was horrible, the sheets and blankets were ripped and worn. The towels provided were also of very poor quality. Overall the condo itself the ocean front views and the beautiful beach made every else not matter. We would definitely come back to this lovely place.

Not the best first impression

The location and view can't be beat. However, there were no blankets or pillows on any of the beds, and although we were brought some from the property manager, the quality and appearance was significantly degraded. Additionally, there were no brooms or dust pans, and the older vacuum just distributed any sand further through out the room. After fully re-cleaning and waiting on sub-par bedding, it was a very nice week. Ultimately I do not believe it met the price point for the room.
