• NEW Seasonal Saltwater Pool: Cool off, splash with the kids, or settle into a poolside lounger while surrounded by the peaceful mountain landscape. The private saltwater pool ranges from approximately 3.5 to 5 feet deep and is fully fenced for added peace of mind.



• Hot Tub: After hiking, skiing, or exploring Bethel, slip into the hot tub and unwind in the fresh mountain air.



• Fire Pit: Gather together around the wood-burning fire pit for laid-back evenings and time under the Maine sky.



• BBQ + Outdoor Dining: Fire up the grill and enjoy an easy family meal outdoors with beautiful surroundings.



• Kids Swing Set: Little ones have their own place for outdoor summer fun.



• Full-House Generator: Mountain weather can be unpredictable, so the home is equipped with a generator to help keep the essentials running.



POOL SEASON & HEATING: Enjoy our seasonal outdoor pool, now with pool heating available for added comfort! The pool can be heated to approximately 75°F for an additional $100 per night. If you’d like the pool heated during your stay, please request it at least 48 hours before check-in, as it takes most of the day to reach the desired temperature.



Seasonal Schedule: The pool will close in November 2026 and is expected to reopen around Memorial Day 2027, weather and conditions permitting.



PLEASE NOTE: The pool is newly installed and ready for guest use, but landscaping around the pool area is still being completed. We want guests to know this in advance so you know exactly what to expect during your stay.

• No shoes inside; keep skis and boots in the mudroom.

• No smoking, vaping, fireworks, or candles anywhere on the property (extra charges apply if violated).

• Follow all hot tub instructions carefully indicated in the digital guidebook.

• Keep mudroom door closed to conserve heat.

• Children must be supervised - no climbing on bunks, stairs, or near fire.

• In snow, park cars close together on the far side (near woods) for plowing. Shovel porch stairs if needed; salt provided (don’t use near hot tub).

• Keep doors/windows closed to retain heat and prevent animals from entering. Ensure the rear deck door is securely locked; it can blow open.

• Do not sit or climb on deck railings.

• Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool. Please follow all posted pool rules and instructions provided in the digital guidebook.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).



- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked



- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.



- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.



- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
