The Bailey Retreat is the ideal home for up to seven to unwind in the mountains of Maine. This modern, clean, comfortable home is located on two acres in a quiet neighborhood, 1.5 miles from the shops and restaurants of Bethel Village and a short 12 minute drive to Sunday River Golf and Ski Resort.

Outside, you’ll find a new hot tub installed on the expansive wrap-around deck. The hot tub seats up to five adults and is built into the deck. Look up at the stars as you relax after a day on the mountain.

Entering the home, a large mud room provides plenty of space to store your gear.  The updated, fully stocked kitchen and sunlit, open-concept living and dining area are ideal for spending time with your whole group.  Off the living area, you will find a first-floor bedroom with two twin beds that join to form a king and an updated full bathroom.

Upstairs you have two additional bedrooms with queen beds (one with a pull-out twin trundle) and a second full bathroom.  Both upstairs bedrooms include desks. The home includes 3-zone heating, and each bedroom includes an efficient mini-split heat pump providing AC to cool during the summer months or provide extra heat during the winter. A propane grill is available on the deck.

Connect your devices to fast wi-fi and enjoy the 50-inch Roku smart TV with Sonos surround sound. We’ve included Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu. You can also easily log into your own streaming apps.

In addition to Sunday River, additional ski terrain and mountain biking can be found 10 minutes away at Mt. Abram Resort, and Nordic skiing is just around the corner at Carters Cross Country Skiing.

To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
