NO handicapped access from surface parking lot, very bad. I was a solo traveler so I couldn't unload luggage at front door and also park my car around the back of the building. I had to park my car first and then load my luggage onto my ROLLATOR and roll myself up and around the building to the front entrance because the only door from the parking lot has steps to the door and then a long staircase to the lobby.

A problem with my arrival was graciously attended to and fixed amazingly. Rooms were cleaned daily and every staff member I saw had a smile and a greeting.
