Everything was perfect, except for the breakfast not being free. It wasn't a major issue and having the restaurant inside the hotel is very convenient. The restaurant staff was exceptional 👍

The Holiday Inn Gaithersburg is fine but it really needs updating. The fan was loud and we were not able to turn it off which was very annoying. The staff was friendly and helped with any questions we had. The housekeeping was lacking, coming only once during our four night stay and forgetting hand towels.

Elodie was extremely helpful to us during our stay and so professional. Chose this spot for its location which was close to family. The hotel is a bit dated but well kept. We passed on the breakfast buffet as it was limited (charge was $16.95 + tax) and not as appealing as say, the Hampton Inn breakfast. But overall we had a pretty nice stay.
