The ARGINE
The apartment takes its name from the tree-lined promenade, about 1 km long, known by all as "L'Argine", which partly runs along and partly crosses the fields of the company, up to the Archiano river, adjacent to the cycle path .

The Rossi farm was born in 1866 and was reborn in 2016 after major restructuring and revaluation works with Irene and Daniele.
In autumn 2017 it was transformed into a farmhouse with the name "Rossi farm house".
The structure, in addition to offering the hospitality service active all year round, is a farm and organizes socio-cultural activities protecting the local environment and traditions and making the venue available for events within the agricultural and cultural world integrated with the territory.

Immersed in the greenery and relaxation of the Casentino, on the borders of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines, along the Umbrian-Casentino road stands the Agriturismo "Casa Agricola Rossi" characterized by:

A building dating back to 1800 originally owned by the Camaldolese monks. once used as a post office for changing horses when the old carriage road crossed the fields along the Archiano. To date it has three wonderful apartments between 80 and 100 square meters. recently renovated, maintaining where possible typical interiors as evidence of the past such as the black stone staircase, the handrails in wrought iron typical of the Arezzo building art, the exposed brick vaults and the wooden beams on the ceilings.
All accommodations are equipped with Wi-Fi. In addition, there are also board games for children, books to read, guides and information material about the area.

A "Grove" shaded by centuries-old plants where you can spend days in total serenity in the shade of a centuries-old tree, chilling under the outdoor area or in a hammock or even relaxing on a deckchair in the sunlight surrounded by colorful and fragrant flowers . For barbecue lovers, the garden offers a barbecue equipped for a lunch or dinner with friends.

The excellent geographical position allows you to visit the whole Casentino (one of the four main valleys in the province of Arezzo) and reach places and cities of great cultural interest such as Arezzo, Florence and Siena.
Immersed in an oasis of peace and relaxation but a few steps from the historic center of the country.

BICYCLE LANE
With a walk of about 800 meters along the bank that crosses the fields of the company, it is possible to reach the Bibbiena - Camaldoli cycle and pedestrian tourist route known as the "Ciclopista dell 'Archiano". Much appreciated both by the inhabitants of the area and by tourists who use it for relaxing walks, fitwalking, jogging, cycling alongside the Archiano.

AGRI CLIMATE
The 20 hectares of land surrounding the company allow guests to create or rediscover a deep bond with nature at 360 °.

FAMILIES
The quiet private green area guarantees families privacy and confidentiality, allows you to spend days in harmony between old trees and fragrant flowers. In addition, there is the possibility in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor games including table football and table tennis or alternatively use the board games made available in each apartment.

ACTIVITIES
For lovers of physical activity and sport, the Embankment and the "Ciclopista dell 'Archiano" are ideal for training and keeping fit in a wonderful 360 ° naturalistic environment. "Casa Agricola Rossi" is an excellent starting point for excursions and trekking on foot or by bike thanks also to the equipped areas that meet along the cycle-pedestrian route.
Furthermore, on request and with at least 72 hours' notice, personalized excursions for individuals and / or groups between Tuscany and Romagna can be booked throughout the year.
