Situated in a pleasant residential area of Westward Ho, the property also boasts a private south-facing rear garden.

This is an ideal family home, spacious modern and traditional with all the facilities you require for a relaxing family holiday.

Downstairs there is a fully fitted modern kitchen displaying all the usual amenities including a breakfast bar and a separate dining room.

You will also find a comfortable lounge with 8ft patio doors leading from the lounge on to the patio area with umbrella and patio set with covered charcoal BBQ,

The patio terrace has furniture for al fresco dining the garden is south facing and extremely private with lawn and plants and flowers

There is also a separate dining room and downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin.
