Close to the city center of Oloron-Sainte-Marie, in a built-up area on the outskirts, in Bidos, direction Spain and Col du Somport (Aspe valley). Pleasant enclosed garden to share 1100 m2 with trees and flowers. Shared swimming pool (6x3 m, depth 1.35m), private garden furniture (plancha). Deckchairs. Space for 1 car under cover, in the property closed by a gate. Spacious and bright living room opening onto the garden: - Equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, 5-burner gas stove and 2 electric ovens, 1 microwave, 1 140-liter fridge). - Adjoining laundry room (washing machine, dryer, 2-drawer freezer) shared with the owner (he has his own access) with a key-operated door. - Friendly dining area - Comfortable and cozy living room, TV and Wifi internet connection (fiber). - 1 bedroom: 1 bed 160.
