Travelled with family and small children
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Liked: 4 rooms for our 9 people. Good kitchen space. Plenty of real beds and no need to sleep on couches. New spacious fridge. DISLIKED: The entire place is DIRTY. Dusty floors, spider-webbed ceilings in bedrooms, leaf-littered property including pool table area. Special mention to the NASTY BBQ grill even AFTER calling for cleaning. Useless BBQ tools provided; had to buy own brushes and tongs. Offered firewood but no chimney tools. Dangerously hot running water. The only shower in the property gives warm water in shower head but boiling water in tub faucet. Outdated and irresponsive TV sets. One kitchen chair about to crumble. They made a bedroom in a laundry facility. Some pan lids in unusable condition. Paint residue on hardwood floor. No leg room for 1st room bathroom toilet. Game area in detached garage has no heaters in FREEZING conditions. It was unswept and billiard table and cues were deteriorating. Had to request blankets and heaters due to insufficient warmth on entire 2nd floor and many lamps due to horrid illumination in entire home bar the kitchen. Had to buy our own detergent. 1 oz of detergent for 9 people. FORCED to sign a draconian contract threatening immediate eviction in several articles. Must dispose of all trash in a location 15 min away or pay a fine.
