Plus, it's only minutes from Snow Summit, the Village, and countless hiking and biking trails—making it effortless to soak up everything Big Bear has to offer.
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq ft single‑story home featuring an inviting living room with a smart TV, dining table, and an easy to use electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing nights in after mountain adventures. Enjoy the rare luxury of air-conditioning, an uncommon and welcome amenity in Big Bear during the summers.

Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
