Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great, located minutes away from local grocery stores and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The lay out was different from what we expected but worked out great. 2 of the bedrooms are downstairs, away from main part of house but this worked out great with having children there. The playroom for toddlers was extremely helpful and well stocked, as well as the game room in the garage for adults. The only downfall about this property is that there are stairs necessary in order to access main portion of the house so it would be a little difficult for anyone with disabilities or hardship handling stairs to stay here. All in all I would definitely recommend this rental to all and would gladly rent this property again on our next trip to Big Bear.

Perfect Location

Really enjoyed the location and atmosphere of the home. Though there were a few things like the images on Vrbo having a wide-lense camera, dust along the bed headboard, and the drinking glasses being dirty, the overall experience was amazing and cozy.

Nice Property w/ Loads of Bureaucracy

The property was spacious, and the bonus game room was great. The heat did go out on us one night. It took the better part of a Saturday to get it resolved. The property was nice, but the property manager (e.g., check-in, maintenance, payment) was a pain. Great location if you are planning to go skiing though.

Property itself is lovely.

Property is lovely, close to all Big Bear has to offer. Hot tub and game room added bonuses. However, supplied items are lacking. Would have been nice to have a hairdryer supplied. Kitchen supplies are lacking for the size of house. 1 Kitchen towel, no storage containers for leftovers, no cleaning supplies for glass table, etc.
