The inviting living room features a perfect picture window framing stunning views of the National Forest, Golf Course, and Ski Slopes. Just half a mile to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and a short 5-minute drive to Snow Summit Ski Resort, Big Bear Lake, The Village, and Shopping Centers.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1580+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, private bath with double sinks, and deck access. Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
