Step inside to the beautiful open floor plan, large living room w/ T&G ceilings. We have a wood burning fireplace to cozy up to during those cold winter nights or central AC for those hot Summer days. Large TV for entertainment. Kitchen is spacious and full stocked w/ ample cooking supplies. Wrap around bar w/ beautiful wood chairs. Large fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (keurig and drip) and even a wine fridge.

Master bedroom is a must see!! Beautiful log bed w/ your own fire place. Master bathroom has his and hers sinks, jacuzzi tub, and shower. Also has its own sliding doors to get to the back deck and hot tub.

This single-story home on a level 10,558 sq ft lot is a dream for all ages. The exterior is an entertainer's delight and offers two large decks. Front yard gated courtyard and fully landscaped backyard include synthetic grass. The backyard also offers a firepit, spa, and paved pathways. The home is beautifully decorated with custom décor and window coverings. No expense was spared.

• There is no parking on the street. It is against the city ordinance, and you may be towed.
• Please note: The garage is not accessible and is not available for guest use.
Things to know
• The garage is off limits to guests.
• Big Bear Lake: Being in close proximity to Big Bear Lake, guests can indulge in a variety of water activities, including boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. The scenic beauty of the lake and surrounding mountains makes it an ideal spot for relaxation and nature appreciation.
• Snow Summit and Bear Mountain: During the winter months, guests can head to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. In the summer, these resorts offer hiking trails and mountain biking opportunities.
• The cabin has a wood burning fireplace. Firewood is not provided.
• During the winter months, carrying chains on you is almost always required, unless your car is a four-wheel drive. Storms may be unpredictable, and therefore it helps to have them. Additionally, during the winter months, the CHP may stop you to see if you have them and ticket you if you don’t. Please check chain requirements and road conditions prior to departure.
• Private hot tub - available all year, open specific hours open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
House rules
• The maximum number of guests is 8. More than 8 guests in the home may result in asking you to leave, your deposit being forfeited, and/or an additional $100 charge for every extra guest.
• Quiet time begins at 10 PM. Please no excessive noise after this time. Any complaints made about the noise coming from the house after this time may result in a fine from the city that you will be responsible for paying and/or you may be asked to leave the cabin. Hot tub can only be used between 8am-10pm, it’s against city ordinance to use after 10pm. You will have to pay fine if you are caught.
• No smoking inside the home. A fee of $150 will be charged to you in order to purify the air and get rid of the smoke smell. Smoking is allowed outside away from open windows and doors.
• In order to conserve energy and water, we ask that you leave any used beds unmade. This way we know which beds to change the linens on.
• This house has a camera monitoring activity outside the front door. There are no other cameras active or recording.
• By booking the cabin, you understand that this house is in the mountains. We occasionally will have insects find their way into the house, which is beyond our control. That could include, but is not limited to, spiders, ants, moths, flies, etc. We are unable to completely prevent them from getting into the house, therefore there could occasionally be some inside.
• The minimum age to book this property is 21 years old.
