Welcome to The Bearpaw Bungalow! This cozy, family-friendly house is roomy and offers everything you need for a nice getaway. Close to major attractions - Snow Summit & Bear Mountain, Big Bear Lake & Marinas, Big Bear Village, and Big Bear Speedway Go-Karts are just a five-minute drive away.



The Space:

Enjoy your morning coffee on one of two large decks and take in the fresh mountain air while you delight in the view of pine tress on the property. The spacious front yard contains a long driveway where you can park a boat trailer or flatbed trailer with your toys. It leads to a spacious deck where you can sit and appreciate some quiet time while contemplating the fun things to do in Big Bear. The back deck opens up to a huge yard with outdoor kitchen equipped with stove, BBQ, and a sink with hot/cold running water. Completely fenced in, you can feel secure knowing that your little fur baby can do zoomies without running into the street.



This single level home has three bedrooms, one master bath with bidet, and a second bathroom in the common space. Close to numerous hiking trails, supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation, the quaint neighborhood vibe makes it a home away from home.
