Perfect place for a family

Overall enjoyed our stay at this cabin and would definitely book our stay here again. Cabin was clean, spacious and kitchen had everything you could think of. Kids and adults all enjoyed.

Bare bones cabin. 1 paper towel roll. 1 tea towel. Overhead lighting made us feel like we were in an operating room. Poor ventilation- impossible to sleep in pool room as too smoky from upstairs fireplace.

70th birthday celebration

We had 3 generations ages 10-70 Everyone had a fabulous time. The size of the house was perfect. The extra ammenities like the pool table, fooseball table and hot tub added to our enjoyment. The location couldn’t have been any better. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

What a great place!

I took a chance and booked a last-minute stay so that my friends and I could ride mountain bikes in big bear. This house was fantastic, loved the multi layers, and it was super tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The check-in and checkout process was completely turn on my mobile and was super easy. Thank you~

Very Close to Bear Mountain

The upstairs family room was big and cozy and perfect for our group to hang out in. The property itself didn't seem very well cared for. The hot tub was low on water, didn't have any chlorine in the chlorinator buoy, and smelled funky. A couple of the toilet flapper valves were leaky and cause them to run constantly. There was confusing messaging between the email/text info we received and the posted placards at the house about things like whether you could burn firewood in the fireplaces, or what to do with the trash. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfy, but other members of our group complained about feeling springs in the mattress coming through. Overall it was a good stay, but just limit your expectations for the conditions of the cabin.

No Hot water

We could not shower at this house, the water was just like ice cubes, I can understand the boiler can go off, but it was under lock and nobody showed up after 2 hours of notifying, I couldn't go out skiing because I had to stay back to receive someone that never showed up, I just decided to leave and boil water on the stove to get a shower, If they can not have a quick response at least they should leave access for one to fix the boiler.
