Step outside and enjoy a deck that's perfect for al fresco dining, complete with a BBQ grill, a cozy dining area, and a hot tub—all overlooking the serene lake. With your own private dock, you'll have easy access to the water, whether it's for fishing, boating, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming living space with a leather couch, a fireplace, and a large TV, ideal for movie nights or quiet relaxation. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time.
- This home does not have A/C.
- Guests are responsible for disposing trash at the local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for 3-4 cars.
- No street parking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We loved our stay at Lakeside on Lagunita. The location can't be beat, and being right on the lake with access to the dock was amazing. Only a short drive into the heart of town and other activities. The house itself was homey, cozy, and well-appointed. They had plenty of games as well which was fun for my son. The deck was a gorgeous place to spend the morning with coffee or the afternoon with a good book. We also spent every sunset hour in the hot tub with a beautiful view of the lake.The only thing I wish the house included was a kayak or small boat to explore the area.

Wonderful lake retreat

The house was very comfortable and as advertised. We loved the access to the lake, including the private dock. The outdoor space had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including the working grill and hot tub. The upstairs of the house got a bit warm during the afternoons, but opening the windows and sliding door in the evening quickly cooled it down. On our last night, the power in the Big Bear area went out. It was still out the next morning when we left - we heard that the outage was preventative, due to high fire danger in the area.
