the staff could not have been nicer. they were always smiling and giving upbeat comments as we left for day. the cleaning staff were excellent. just cannot say enough good things about them.

Great staff, nice breakfast Buffett, coffee in the lobby… great view of the mountain…. Only issue was that the hot tubs were too chlorinated & my son and I developed a burning rash on our backs after going in two days…

The heat for the room never got above 60, even though the receptionist said she adjusted the settings allowing me to turn up the heat. The thermostat did allow the the temp to be set to a higher degree but the heat never kicked on and the room stayed cold all night.
