It was hard to find the front door. The correct address is 104 but we were sent a photo marked 102 so we bothered an occupant there and felt silly.

Really nice room in a nice neighbourhood. Even though I stayed on a Friday night, there wasn't much noise after midnight. I stayed during a heatwave and the air condition was amazing! The water pressure in the shower was perfect too! If I go ever go to Bilbao again, I will try to stay here.

Muy bien, solo que deberían considerar, hay trabajos con maquinaria bastante ruidosa, y ya no se sabe si es el vecino que al parecer está usando desarmadores caen tornillos, etc...o es algún trabajador reparando, pues casi todo el edificio está lleno de andamios, siendo así, la tarifa resulta inconveniente, cuando ya casi llevo 15 días utilizando sus estancias

Die Mitarbeiter sind hier über die App gut erreichbar, wenn es Probleme gibt. Bei Check-in für zwei Zimmer muss man darauf achten, dass man beide separat eincheckt. Die Rezeption ist nur für wenige Stunden besetzt. Ich fand die Zimmer relativ hellhörig, aber die Unterkunft ist sehr gut erreichbar und sauber. Das Café gleich nebenan ist definitiv empfehlenswert!
