Great breakdast variety. The desk person, idk ger name just seemed like she was irritated anytime she was asked somethinh. We had to get oyr key cards reprogrammed each day we were there. Thats my only complaint.

Desk staff need to be trained. Asked about handicap room and got response we will put on first floor. Explained typical room, clerk responded all rooms are equipped with hand bars and shower heads. Explained no that wasnt the case. Clerk explained nothing about services breakfast, checkout or use of pool. Went to room to find it wasnt cleaned. Went back to desk got another room. No apology for problem. Left hour later and over heard conversation of soneone with room problem. Turns out clerk tried giving same uncleaned room to another guest. Wanted to stay at this location because experience at previous motel was great however this location does not come close to thevexperience.

It took them three tries for us to get a clean room. The first pne smelled like dog pee. The second was a room that had not had msid service (we checked in at 9pm). The young lady who checked us in was great...doing her best.
