Great waterfront unit steps away from beach and pool!!If you enjoy fantastic ocean views and sunsets; fun in the sun at the beach and pool without all the hassles; and a destination that offers exceptional dining, entertainment, nightlife and sports/leisure activities; then Sienna on the Coast #102 is the best option for you.

This spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6; includes all the amenities and creature comforts you'd ever need; and has plenty to offer for your next family vacation, romantic getaway, girls weekend, or any other special occasion. The convenient first-floor location saves you time not having to wait on the elevator. Simply come and go as you please.

Inside you will appreciate the newly updated decor and the large, open layout, which makes entertaining very easy. Floor to ceiling picture windows offer wonderful natural lighting to the main living areas of the unit. The spacious kitchen has a great flow complete with granite countertops and top of the line appliances. As an added bonus, the kitchen includes an island that seats 4 in addition to the 3 barstools and dining table for 4.

The oversized master bedroom with beach views and private patio entry has its own TV; a king-sized bed with large closet; and its own private bathroom complete with dual vanity, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower with body jets. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a private entry to the second bathroom that boasts a huge soaker tub/shower. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper-sofa and twin-size sleeper-chair. The full-size laundry room has a desk and office chair for the occasional "work" requirements.

After a long day, spend quality time out on the patio overlooking the garden area and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Exceeded expectations. Perfect for quick getaway we needed during a busy summer. Unit is on ground floor, which is my only knock - road noise is prominent. Foot traffic from pool was minimal, but exists, so make sure to keep blinds drawn.Great proximity to both Gulfport & Biloxi. We attended a Shuckers game and visited Ship Island. Unit was clean, spacious, high ceilings, and hosts were warm and responsive. On-site management was helpful and hospitable.Workout room and outdoor pool were nice - indoor was closed for repairs.

This place was well over and beyond what I expected it to be. It was a stones throw to the beach, easy walking paths, a gorgeous infinity pool, plenty of room inside and all the amenities. The hosts, Rob and Stacee were amazing to work with and great response time. You won't regret this booking with them. We will definitely be booking with them again when we go back.

Great time

The condo was exactly what we thought it was going to be. It had all the amenities that we needed in the kitchen and was a great place to spend our evenings. It's centrally located between Gulfport and Biloxi and is about a mile from the Edgewater Mall. Being able to simply cross the street and get to the beach and ocean is a solid plus. We would definitely stay here again

Beaches were wonderful. Not busy at all and hardly any tourists around the area during spring break. The indoor pool, hot tub and steam room were an added bonus. Only downfall was during our stay, three out of the four machines in the workout room were on order to be replaced. We will definitely come back.

The condo facility was in a great location (right across the street from the beach) well maintained with what appeared to be 24-hour security. It also has a very nice indoor pool and hot tub (great for a winter visit) and a super outdoor pool. We would stay there again.

Great place to stay and check out the Biloxi area

The host was very responsive any time we messaged and gave us all the information we needed up front. Also, was willing to share tips on the area when asked. Accommodations were as advertised with plenty of room for 4 adults. Had all the cookware we needed and the Pools and hot tub on the grounds made it a great place just to relax. Perfect stay

We stayed for a weekend while visiting my SIL on a pass from Keesler and it was the best time! The pool area isn’t crowded like many places. We grilled out one day by the pool which is awesome and all staff were really nice. The unit was so clean and felt like home! Everything was there that we could possibly need and communication was so smooth. Will stay again for sure!

We loved the property. Everything was exactly as advertised. Easy beach access, secure facility with on site security. The condo was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Nice condo

Condo was clean and had everything it promised. Being on bottom floor I thought it would be easier to get to pool but you had to go through the lobby. We were not allowed to go out our condo even though it was a shorter distance. It really was a pain when coming from the beach, then going to pool, as there were no entrances available to renters (owners with a key only, was what we were told). The gate should have a keypad for entering with a code for guests. Oh, and you better WEAR that wristband, can’t just show it to them, because they are watching you constantly to make sure it in on your body. Security guards were nice and took their jobs seriously.

Great property!

Condo was awesome! Very well appointed and lots of space. There was nothing we needed. Was right on the first floor with access to the pool within 30'. Condo complex does have some permanent residents, but all is fine as long as you are respectful and follow the rules. The owners were very responsive to questions. Would def recommend this condo.
