I liked that the staff in every area where very nice and always greeted us, what I did not like the room was not very clean, there was hair on the sheets and pillows I don’t know if it belonged to the housekeepers or was it a previous tenants, hair in the shower and on the floor, the toilet seat looked dirty, good thing I took Clorox wipes and just started wiping everything down, the safe in the room was locked we called to have it opened no one came, I feel that as much as I paid to be in a supposedly nice hotel for a vacation I’m disappointed, I will not stay there ever again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice as was the bathroom. We were surprised by how comfortable the bed was. Dining options were not great, we ate at Bubba Gumps and the food and service was subpar.

The staff was nice, other than that not much to say good about it. The parking garage stays full of water and smells horrible. Took the kids to the pool which is probably the nicest area on the property but there were no towels available for people to use so when it’s out of season you need to bring them from your room. After booking reservation I called the property via 800 number and requested two joining rooms. Apparently the 800 number was not the number to call to do so and it was only noted on the reservation and not actually setup that way. I was lucky to get this after arriving at the property as there was only two options left. The room quality was not good. The shower head came off in one room while trying to change the setting on the head. The phone was broken. The power supply sockets on the lamps didn’t work. There was no coffee pod trays for the coffee machine in either room. Had to go down to Starbucks just to get coffee. No microwave or refrigerator in either room which I believe I read something after the fact that these are available for extra cost? Lol. I’ve stayed here a few times before in the past but I think I would explore other options before doing so again. Honestly the holiday inn would have been better in my opinion.

Rooms were dirty, dust was so thick on the top of headboard. The soap scum on glass shower door looked like it has not been cleaned in a very long time. Black mildew in the tub. The mildew was very visible and overlooked during daily cleaning for sure. Toilet paper holder was broken so our toilet paper was laying on the filthy floor when we entered the room. Lid on toilet tank must of been taken from another type of toilet because it didn't even fit. Everything Looks great when you enter the casino but once you enter your overpriced room, that is where the quality changes.When checking in the hotel, the ladies at the front desk definitely did not want to be bothered by a customer just wanting to receive their room key, so they can spend a lot of money at this casino.

This is not the place to stay on MS gulf coast. Rooms are over price and need serious maintenance. I will stay somewhere else on my next trip to MS Gulf Coast.

When we open the door, it stunk of incense so we could barely breath. The lamps were broken, the fan was warped due to how wet and humid the room was, there was hair on the shower walls, sticky surfaces, rips in chairs and broken bedding that my child got stuck in and hurt their leg. I went to use an elevator and the staff put their hands on me, then when I got in the elevator it was broken and they said something about not enough staff so they had me walk outside in the wet slippery area with all my belongs. All the vending machines were out of drinks, no microwave, no fridge, not enough towels for 4 people even though we paid for 4. This is no acceptable on so many levels and they did nothing.
