When we checked in they gave us keys to a room occupied. I'm glad no one was there. Suitcases and stuff was in there..We went back to desk and they apologized but it was scary because these days people are crazy!

for breakfast, the juice machine was broken. I had to ask the front desk for a bottle of water. The decaf coffee was cold. They could at least have some sausages or bacon for breakfast in the room. The bed was hard, the showerhead things at the bottom of the shower that could not be removed and in the corners of the shower inside you can see a little mole other than that the room was spacious and they had all the amenities and the staff was great.

Avoid room 411

It appears someone had slept in our bed as the sheets were not made under the comforter. Air conditioner in room 411 is extremely loud when compressor kicks on.

Great hotel! I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels due to work and this place is very clean and very well priced. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast beats a lot of other places. Will definitely stay here again.

Front desk guy at check in not particularly friendly. The room smelled of badly cooked food. We were told no other rooms available and here’s a can of air freshener Next morning after taking things out of case we were told we could move rooms but we were only there for another night and out during the day- not worth re packing Asked if we needed anything else , we said room made up and more towels; “ only have room service every other day, if you bring dirty towels down to us, we will give you more. Not what we called making up for the smelly room and chipped toilet seat

Happy but not happy

I wasn’t to happy about my stay, due to our toilet wouldn’t flush, but Josh did come up and worked with it to get it to flush. So every so often, I had to work with it to get it to flush. The carpet wasn’t clean and had a burn spot on it. The room had like a slight smell to it like mold and moth balls mix together. I talked to Josh that night about the room, but he couldn’t move us , because they were completely booked, but he was going to get maintenance to look at the toilet on Saturday. Rather maintenance came or not , I’m not sure. We were in and out due to a family event. But I assume not because we had to mess with it to get it to flush properly.
