The hotel/casino was great. They have refurbished or are in the middle of a renovation. Only complaint we have is one of the elevators wasn’t functioning properly and this caused a small disruption in hotel travel. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. We didnt have our do not disturb sign up so they would turn over our room which never happened. We also tried to walk out of the casino with a bottled water and security stopped us and said it was for on the floor drinking. And we're supposed to get 2 free each day in our room which we only got the first day. Youd think with losing over 600 in the casino that a little bottle of water wouldn't be that significant so that was a little upsetting. But overall the stay was decent and the food in the restaurants was good and the staff was nice.

The hotel is beautiful! The valet is very convenient. The room was nothing special. We usually stay at the Hard Rock, the King suites there are wonderful, but had heard nice things about IP. We left really early ( 5am) and noticed later on the receipt that we were charged $16 for late check out. Not that big of a deal, but we know better to ask if that is a common charge that can be removed

Elevators took 10-15 minutes before one was available. The amount of smoke in the hotel/casino was overbearing. We had dinner in Thirty-Two steakhouse and people were smoking in there as well. Thirty-Two was amazing and the service was extraordinary. Do something about the smoke and we’d be back.

room was nice. Service was good. but waiting 15 minutes for the elevator only for it to show up full of people is crazy. They advertise high speed elevators and they are fast. But just too many people to service during peak times. Be prepared to wait.

The deluxe king was about equivalent to a Red Roof Inn or worse. I felt like they pumped cigarette smoke from the casino into the room. Definitely not worth the money. Encounters with the staff were not great.. they acted like we were inconveniencing them. For such a nice place in the lobby… their rooms were total trash and the staff were not very friendly.

Initial room was not very clean and we asked to be moved. Second room was better (13th floor) but there was a bright light right outside the window and even though there were blackout shades light came from the top and made it seen like daylight until about 4am. We were in town for a wedding- we ended up missing the ceremony because apparently the kiosk didn’t relay our ticket (?) and it took half an hour to get the car.. The girls at the front desk were very nice, as were the girls at the coffee shop. Cleaning staff needs training or better cleaning products.
