Comfort in the time of Need!!

We came into town for a funeral and the ease of support from the hotel was very helpful and comforting. We had over five rooms booked and all were great. One was not as clean but it was corrected immediately. Definitely will stay again.

Property was undergoing renovations. The room We were in had a stained and frayed sofa. Almost no one was saying there. After we got out of bed the next morning, I discovered a highlighter in the bed. We did not have a highlighter so it had been made up in the bed, leaving me wondering if the sheets had been changed.

The Hotel overall was nice ,it is located in a safe part of the city, well lit up at night, quiet and the hotel was clean inside and out..the only thing I dislike was the handicap accessible room wasn't much of one especially the shower but we managed for the night we were there overall it was nice and comfortable.

When we first arrived in our room, it smelled like mold. The smell was VERY strong and it gave me a headache. The front desk clerk was nice and offered me two room choices. Both of them smelled like mold but we chose the one with the least smell. The bathroom was not clean and the toilet paper was not replaced. It was a very unpleasant experience.
