Sophisticated elegance, The Art House is a meticulously maintained two-bedroom property less than a block from historic downtown Ocean Springs, and minutes from beautiful Front Beach.

Loaded with amenities, The Art House offers breathtaking surroundings, including an outdoor dining and lounge area with an oversized fireplace, and access to an expansive beautiful courtyard.

Inside you'll find an impeccably decorated space with all the conveniences of home. The Art House features a fabulous open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. There also is an outdoor kitchen with stainless gas grill for your BBQ needs.

The dining room is accented by chandelier lighting and decorated with elegant works of art, where you will dine on a modern glass and steel table that can seat up to eight.

The two bedrooms each feature luxurious king-size beds and flat-screen Roku TVs, and there's an oversized leather couch in the living room that can be used for additional sleeping arrangements.

The bathroom features his and her vanities, an eight-jet European walk-in shower, as well as a large Jacuzzi tub to unwind.

Outside, you will find an expansive deck and patio with an outdoor fireplace and a stunning fountain in the courtyard. A greenhouse, erected from pre-Katrina salvaged materials holds beach chairs and beach bikes.

The property has high-speed wireless Internet and multiple flat-screen TVs with Roku.

While at The Art House you’ll feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away you'll find yourself in the heart of the historic town of Ocean Springs. There are numerous restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

We do allow well-behaved pets that must be kept on a leash while outdoors on the property.

place was good, we enjoyed our stay. except for the train the location was great! Nice shower, loved the fountain. It was just OK for pets. Puppy got lost under a house but we found it and kept them on a leash after. The weather was unusually cold/ freezing but overall we had a great time!

Booked late, spur of the moment type thing, while traveling i learned that the courtyard was shared amongst property guests. Had reservations about the property. Arrived and what a pleasant surprise. The house is perfect for two fishermen, beds where awesome, private, orher then the damn train, host was on point and we caught a live well full of fish in 20 knot winds. I will be back.

Art House deluxe

In a nutshell I would buy the place if and when it is on the market.Location perfect. Close but not too close to Washington Street which is in walking distance.Art House lived up to its name in decor and decorating touches. Spent more time than I care to admit appreciating pictures on walls and nice touches inside and out.Layout of the house is free flowing and expansive helped by the vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is large and roomy.Huge indoor/outdoor patio adds huge space to the experience with the seasons. The huge outdoor fountain was a great audio and visual focus. The outdoor accent lights were a nice backdrop at night.About the trains. They come by that’s for sure. Oddly enough I came to looking forward to them. I came to regarding them as a plus with their power and majesty. By the end of the stay I enjoyed them more and more and the retail charms , the golf carts of Washington St , traffic etc less and less.It comes to this. The special charms of the Art house grew on me. By the end of my four day stay I much preferred staying in then going out. From my standpoint this is the highest compliment and endorsement I can give.

House was perfect for my wife and I and our two friends. Walking distance to downtown Ocean Springs and a quick drive or ride share to the casinos in Biloxi. Check-in and out process was super easy. Great experience, hope to go back again.

Great location!

The Art House was a perfect location to downtown Ocean Springs. Just a quick walk and you are near all of the acitivies. The bikes offered by the host were perfect too! We always love our time in Ocean Springs!

Nice but very noisy

There is a busy train track right next to the property. We would have liked to have known that there were several trains coming and going several times a day and throughout each night that wakes everyone up. Also there is a very noisy AC right outside of the bedroom that wakes you up and keeps you awake. Property should not be marketed as fenced in for small dogs, there were places that were not fenced where small dogs can get out and not be safe.

Good Times in Ocean Springs

We enjoyed our time in the best small town in the U.S. The house was very clean and nice. Location is A+++++ Loved the bathroom with a TV, large shower and hot tub. We are looking forward to staying here again.
