Bedroom floors were dirty. Feet got dirty when walking from bathroom to bed. Asked to have floor cleaned and service desk person said they might not get to it because they are busy cleaning rooms. We were staying an extra night. I feel like we should have had priority. Cleans staff was very nice but even after at wet mopping bedroom floor was still dirty. (We asked them to clean floors when they changed towels out.

The room was clean, the bed was clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They offered a high quality breakfast. The location was safe and away from the noisy road. Great experience. Will definitely come back.

I rate the overall stay as comfortable however my only complaint is that the advertising is misleading in the way that it claims to have a bowling alley there is a bowling alley next door but not associated. Other than that there was no complaints.

Okay for a one night

We were 16 adults for a cousins trip. We were told to go to our rooms and we couldn’t stay by the pool after 11 pm. We were not loud, just catching up. We asked to hang out in the breakfast area and were immediately told no. We just wanted a place to visit. Rooms smelt musty, and it wasn’t cold.

Beats sleeping in the street

Ramada Diamondhead was okay. We were intown for a graduation and spent four nights here. Beds were comfortable. Room had a refrigerator and microwave, but you really weren't supposed to use the microwave. I will try to attach pictures. The breakfast was only so-so. Powdered eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, juice and coffee. One of our party had a birthday so her door was decorated with a happy birthday sign. We were called and told to remove it. Seemed pretty petty to us.
