Apartment no. 01 is located on the ground floor of the Villa Seeblick. The apartment for up to two people and a size of 37 m² is very high quality with selected design furniture and has two rooms: A large living room with Sony flat screen TV and open kitchen (high-quality Siemens appliances), a generous Bedroom with a double bed (180 cm wide) and a large bathroom with shower / WC. The floors of the apartment are made of oak parquet. From the living room and the balcony you have a very nice lateral view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment has a balcony with partial sea view and comfortable balcony furniture. The sauna, the internet access via W-LAN as well as a parking space no. 07 in the underground garage (double parker) are available to the guests free of charge.
