One of the bedrooms has it’s own privates en-suite, and there are two other bathrooms, including a shower room on the ground floor.
Externally, there are two gated car parking spaces, plus front and back gardens. There is also a 24/7 emergency call out service, so your needs would be catered for all the time.
This house is located in a delightful, new-build development, which is very quiet, yet only a short 2 mile trip into the city centre.
This neighbourhood is very quiet, with lots a grasslands, and there are lots of local shops, including a café within a 5 minute walk.
