Room was great, bed comfortable, but did have minor decor issues (bathroom ceiling paint peeling off). Staff super helpful, friendly & professional. Didn't eat breakfast there - a bit too pricey! Didn't realise that we didn't get any cleaning services for our 3 night stay, until I asked about it. I think info needs to be clearer. Also didn't realise that deposit was per room & not per booking. Overall great stay, great location. Will stay again!

Firstly, the hotel is in an excellent location - near the Bullring, New Street Station, the Hippodrome etc. Secondly, the room was well-equipped, comfy and clean. And lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would defo stay here again!

4 pm the apartment wasn’t ready, second card wasn’t available till following day and bathroom sink leaking but no one available to fix it and most importantly terrible attitude from staff, it’s like this and we can’t do anything for you

Easy check in, lovely welcoming greeting from reception staff. Room very clean, great amenities. Room on 6th floor, corridors clean and the whole area very quiet. Our second stay here and definitely would book here again . Highly recommend 😊

The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The amenities were great and the rooms comfortable. The location was awesome 2 minute walk to the bullring and 2 minute walk to the coach station. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.
