Clean refurbished room, nice food and helpful staff. Very handy for NEC and airport. Stay here quite a lot and worth a recommendation

A great hotel

This is a lovely hotel, with great staff. The only point id make is, please provide some signage for guests, so they dont pay full whack for parking prior to checking in where they receive a discount. This isnt made clear at point in the car park

Comfortable family room with two double beds and a very big smart TV. It had everything we needed and we had a lovely 2 night stay. The breakfast had a great variety and all of the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly
