Terrible experience

We were double charged at this Hotel. The night clerk said our card wasn’t processed when we checked in. So we paid twice. I addressed in the morning, and we were told they couldn’t do anything until the charges were not pending. I followed up in a few days and was assured it would be fixed. It was not. This is a kind of theft by deception. Additionally, there was mold in the Philly cheese at breakfast. The staff at breakfast was lovely though.

First time staying at Fairfield property. Had requested a crib for 7 week old grand child. This property didn’t have one. No bathtubs. Not best for traveling with children. Rooms felt a little damp. Good points were friendly staff & check in. Right off interstate. Nice & quiet comfortable rooms.

Parking was a disaster. Due to the number of guests, we were relegated to the back side of the building which was nearly impassable. The parking lot was completely destroyed by construction equipment and vehicles. Luckily we travelled in my full size pickup and were able to traverse the deep holes and uneven parking surfaces. I felt sorry for others that also had to use the back lot.
