The property is in such poor condition that the handles have been torn off all the exterior doors. They don’t close, much less lock. I’m a female traveling alone and felt very unsafe. Paint is peeling off the bathtub. The toilet paper holder has been torn off the wall.

Only 1 plug out of 3 worked, the ceiling is cracked, drain plugs are missing, no power for phone or alarm clock. Facility downstairs was clean but as soon as we got to the room halls, it was old, outdated and there were shop fans in the hall.

We had a king bed with pull out couch for our kids. The pull out bed had dirty sheets on it that had some pretty nasty stains on them. The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way and the main door to the room had to be pushed pretty hard to be closed all the way. The hallways were dirty and the elevator was very hot. The water pressure was very good though as was the air conditioning.

Property condition was poor. Looks like it has not had a coat of paint in high traffic areas on 10 yr. Carpet was well worn. Bath had broken fixture but was clean. Bed was great!

This was just an average hotel, it needs updating and it deep cleaning. I will not be returning to this hotel for any future statys.
