The beds were very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The indoor pool was freezing cold and did not circulate well which caused the water to be a bit murky. The area around the pool was dirty as well towels left everywhere dirt and outlet covers missing from plugs. The first room we were given the floors were so sticky we had to be moved to another room.
The front desk clerk was rude at check in. There was no coffee made at check in. When I came back down an hour later coffee was still not ready.
The coffee creamer was empty in the lobby. There were flies everywhere at the coffee station.
The room was clean enough.
I would pick a different hotel if I were to go back to this area.

The room wasn’t clean and the liens weren’t looking clean! The hotel description stated breakfast available! BUT NO CHEIF WAS AVAILABLE!!! I’m a Hilton Honors Member Award; BUT THIS HILTON HOTEL WAS VERY POORLY MANAGED !!!!
The television, curtains and telephone did not work. Told there was nothing that could be fixed and no room to move us to. Night shift told me they would comp breakfast and morning shift had no idea about it. Extremely disappointing to not have anything in the room work. Additionally guests are never to be booked in a room without a working telephone as a safety precaution. Extremely disappointed in the conditions and lack of response and assistance.
Really loved the comfortable bed and great tv. Room was spacious and chairs comfortable too. The carpet could have used some spot cleaning. We had some trouble figuring out the ac which was actually controlled by a thermostat and a lovely, pleasant young woman came and demonstrated how easy it actually was. Plan to stay at this Hilton again.

The room itself was fine. There were some missteps like, for example, there was no clock in the room. I thought that was odd. We ran out of tissues which were not replaced during cleaning (although the empty box was removed). There was a piece of a bar of soap in the shower drain that I forgot to clear. After the room was serviced, it was still there. The toilet paper holder had come out of the wall, we mentioned it to the front desk attendant who assured us we would not have to pay for it ( he knew it was broken but wasn’t concerned about getting it fixed.) The window blinds were broken and could not be raised at all. The attention to detail and customer service was lacking.

Average at best.
Elec shade did not work, TV did not work & maintenance had to be called. Tissues ran out housekeeping removed the empty box but did not replace our group had two other rooms and same thing happened to them. Why pay more for a Hilton when the basics are not provided.

Upon check-in I was given a handicap room which is different from a regular room. The person at the front desk said that was all they had left. The electronic curtain did not work so I couldn't put the curtain up to let some light into the room. The bed sheets and of the towels had hair in them. When I returned to my room after attending the event I was in town for. (after 11 pm) There was very loud music playing somewhere. The front desk attendant said it was coming from the club across the street but it sounds like it's coming from a from a room here in the hotel. It is now after 1 am and the music is still playing. This is totally ridiculous!
Wonderful hotel. I stay here 2-3 times a year. This time I had my two dogs. My 2 complaints are : the doggie bag trash outside needs emptying- overflowing. And they put us next to another room with dog. My dog barked every time he heard the other dog so they just egged each other on. Maybe spread them out?
