Very clean, very nice and Carlton was the best. Show us everything we needed to know !.Also loved the bar on the 20th floor. The two bartenders were very knowledgeable, great conversational and made a mean lemon drop martini!!

The room was great. This isn't like a normal hotel... it is some suites that are in an office building. Checkin was done at the security office and you have access to the club on floor 20. No complaints at all, a very nice place and great facilities, but if you are expecting a normal hotel with restaurants and people everywhere, this isn't like that.

The rooms and other appointments at the hotel were outstanding. The only concern was the early check out, which was 10:00 am. That meant for us we paid for a whole day and didn’t get 24 hours. We did ask for a late check out because I have a work call at 10;00 am, but was denied.

Don't overlook this GEM. Really cool hotel in a historic building. Only 7 rooms available tucked away on the 7th floor. Spacious, clean, and shower pressure in the bomb. 5-7 minute walks to a great array of restaurants. Will be back next time in town.

Best hotel in Birmingham in my opinion. There are only about a half dozen rooms so it's very quiet. The rooms are great, with plenty of space. The common area with the kitchen and indoor and outdoor sitting areas is very nice, and again, due to the small size it's always quiet. The location is also incredible, as your within walking distance to multiple nice restaurants, and anything beyond that is a quick Uber/Lyft. My wife and I have stayed multiple times, and will definitely be back again in the future.

7 units on 1 floor of the building. First class operation. Heavy Suite was large, comfortable and clean. Free parking (next door) is easy & secure. Appears to be recent remodel. Angie at front desk was wonderful. Great location with good dining in walking distance. Felt safe walking in the area. Absolutely 100% satisfied with experience.
