Good value for what I paid

Great staff, good location, apart from being in a dodgy area. Take your own tea bags!! Heating takes forever to get going so put it on highest when you arrive just to be on the safe side. Room very good, but beginning to show the test of time. I would return

The heating or 'air circulation system ' wasn't working and they had to give me a portable electric heater which didn't seem fair in the middle of winter. The restaurant staff were friendly but I wouldn't return because of the room heating not working, which is a basic part of the stay surely.

Good budget hotel

Great location for the 02 academy Comfortable bed But unfortunately the tv and kettle didnt work and theu couldn't fix the tv and i disnt have time to request another kettle
