I booked a two room suite online, when I arrived they put me in someone else’s room. A tiny single queen room. Had to go back to the desk to get things sorted. Finally got into my suite only to hear interstate traffic all night long. Not a place to stay if you want sleep.

The hotel was conveniently located and offered an affordable rate, which made it a good choice for a short stay. Super accommodating staff ! Very clean and safe !

As a female traveling alone on a 1500 mile rdrive with a service pup, and some special needs I couldn’t have been more grateful for JEN I travel a lot and with some medical constraints. It’s very frustrating to feel like an imposition on ANYONE especially in the “hospitality” industry . JEN SMILED at my pup and I and wasn’t condescending and also allowed for the fact that sometimes the medical necessity of a service animal is t obvious . She treated my pup and I as if we were welcomed guests in our own home .. Which these days is a rarity ✨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there were bed sheets out in a pile down the hall from my room and what looked like a shower curtain was in a crumple by my door. They had a sign in the elevator to please not place trash outside in the hallways...it wasn't the cleanest hotel I've been too.
